私がSAPのトレーニングで覚えた、SD(販売管理)系のT-Code

この記事では私がSAP SDのトレーニングで覚えたトランザクションコード（T-Code）をご紹介しています

SAPの主要モジュールであるSD(販売管理) のトランザクションコードの覚え書きです。英語で学習しているので、日本語訳が間違っている可能性はあります。

Transaction系

Order: VA01(Create), VA02(change), VA03(display)
->注文を作る時のコマンド

Outbound Delivery: VL01N(create with order reference), VL01NO (crete witout order reference), VL02N(change), VL03N(display)
->出荷する時のコマンド

なお、VL02とかVL03というt-codeはOutdatedというメッセージが出た。一部機能(Issue delivery output等)が利用できなかった。

Picking : LT03 (Create Tramsfer Order for Delivery)
->出荷したあとのピッキング

このあとはGoods Issue(出庫)する。

請求書(Billing Document)は、VF01(Create Billing Document), VF02(Change), VF03(Display)




Inquery: VA11 (Create), VA12(Change), VA13 (Display)
-> 引き合いに関連するコマンド。通常のSales DocumentはIN(Inquery)

Quotation: VA21(Create). VA22(Change), VA23 (Display)
-> Quotation(見積もり)に関連するコマンド。通常のSales DocumentはQT(Quotation)

この後でVA0系(Order：受注)がくる。

Master Data 系

Customer Master Data: XD01(create), XD02(change), XD03(display)
->得意先マスタを作る時に使うコマンド　（Complete）

->得意先マスタでも、Sales and Distributionの場合はT-Codeが違う。
Customer Master Data : VD01 (create SD),

Trading Goods (Material Master) : MMH1(create), MM02(change), MM03(display)
->製品マスタを作る時に使うコマンド

Create Trading Goodsは変更参照と違って、MMHなので注意する。

Stock Overview : MMBE
->在庫の数を知りたい時に使うコマンド

Customer-Material Info Record : VD51 (Create), VD52(Change), VD53(Display)
(Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Agreement)
->Customer Material Info recordは、得意先の品目情報というそのままな訳語がある。

BOM品目を作る時

Create material BOM : CS01 (Create), CS02(change), CS03 (display)
メニューパスは、Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Products -> Bill of Material -> Bill of Material -> Material BOM -> Create/change/display

(1回作った、"商品"としての完成品を参照するには、MM03で確認できる。"完成品"の構成を参照するにはCS03)

品目提案を作るとき
Create Material Determination：VB11 (Create), VB12 (Change), VB13 (Display), VB14 (Create with template)

品目制限を作る時
Create List/Exclusion：VB01 (Create), VB02 (Change), VB03 (Display)

無償品を作るとき(Condition)
Create Free Goods : VBN1(Create), VBN2 (Change), VBN3 (Display)

Condition Type系

Selection by condition type: VK11(Create),VK12(Change),VK13(Display)

Path: Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Conditions -> Select Using Condition Type

なおCondition Typeを入力した後、Key Combinationを指定(Customer/material with release status)後、最初に表示される画面はFast Entryという画面で、1個100ドル、100個以上で1個90ドル、といった条件を入力するのはSchalesボタンを押して遷移する。

Condition Typeで条件を入力される前の製品の価格(定価・標準価格)は、マスターデータ(/nMH02で更新)のSales:sales org.1タブに登録されている。
Conditonボタンを押すと価格が入力できるようになっている。


また、製品マスタを表示中に、メニューバーのEnvironment　-> Stock overviewとたどると、その製品の現在の在庫数が確認できる。
(MMの/nMMBEと同じことができる)

Condition Record(条件レコード)
VK31(Create), VK34(Create with template), VK32 (Change), VK33 (Display)

SPRO(IMG)系

SPROのメニューもT-Codeがある。(Statusから辿るとみんなSPROで表示されてしまう。。)

Define Sales Document Type(販売伝票タイプの定義)：VOV8

IMG -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Document -> Define Sales Document Type

Define Item Category : ？？？
IMG -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Documents -> Sales Document Item -> Define Item Category
